The Redbridge Mayor, Cllr. Jyotsna Islam, hosted a fundraising event on November 21st to support two chosen charities: London’s Air Ambulance and ELHAP. The event took place at a beautiful banqueting hall in the Mayfair venue. It was organised in collaboration with Pride of Asia, who ensured that a delicious five-star supper was provided.
Many participants attended the event, including current and former mayors from Barking and Dagenham, Bromley, Enfield, Hackney, Redbridge, and Tower Hamlets. Additionally, the Chair of Bishop Stortford and GAL members, the Redbridge Council Leader, community leaders, activists, sponsors such as Apasen, LSME, ICON, GBS College, Sahara Care, London Tigers, Angel Security, and the friends of the host were all present to show their love and support.
Numerous individuals have played a crucial role in facilitating his journey, and the Mayor of Redbridge would like to extend her heartfelt appreciation to everyone. She would like to start by expressing her gratitude to her family and friends for their unwavering support. She also appreciates the councillors of Redbridge, the leader of the council, the member of the Greater London Assembly, and the former and current mayors of Barking and Dagenham, Bromley, Enfield, Hackney, Redbridge, and Tower Hamlets.
