Why are work-oriented education and quality education important

What is education? There are thousands of people to answer this question. It is not easy to find people who do not understand the importance of education in our lives. Education is necessary for human life and livelihood. It is also necessary to keep society and civilization alive. Education is another name for spreading all the knowledge and values of society among the people.

The education system has been prevalent since the creation of humankind on earth. For many years, the issue of teaching has been going on in various processes. Finally, with the evolution of time, the education system became institutionalized. Bangladesh has been late in realizing the importance of education.

Various steps have been taken. Is the education rate increasing? How much is growing? The number of educated people is increasing. Or increasing the number of certificate holders? What is the purpose of obtaining a certificate? Or gain the power to apply education to the workplace? Has he attained the level of knowledge for which the degree was obtained? Or insulting the degree earned day by day? Will he find work according to his certificate? Or our poor country’s unemployment list will be longer? There are thousands of such questions.

 More or less, everyone is aware of the current state of our education. Students are showing such good results. Everyone is overjoyed. Even with the BA-MA pass, many people cannot find lower jobs. In the hope of being financially better off, the family sold everything and educated their generation. When that child fails to get a job, the darkness of poverty in that family becomes permanent.

We want an educated population. Furthermore, there is no such thing as having to do a job after education. The purpose of education is to make a person fit for action. Let that work be done in your own company. or in someone else’s organization. The fewer unemployed, the more active the country’s economy will be. will be strong. To use education for the country’s overall development, it is necessary to create a workforce capable of contributing to the economy.

This should be the objective of education. We want all the people of Bangladesh to be educated. Nevertheless, it should be educated in quality education. The level a student has studied, the acquired knowledge should be at par with that level in any developed country. Only then will we be able to find our work in the country and abroad. with honour, education should be raised to international standards without increasing the number of people with certificates.
