Pori Moni Opens Up About Life After Razz
For a while, the whirlwind romance of Sariful Razz and Pori Moni seemed blindingly cinematic, but almost three years after their split, in the bowels of its self-created pastiche, that narrative is now being reappropriated by people who actually know better what exactly transpired with this heart-rending couple. Last week, in an exclusive interview on a private television channel, Pori Moni spoke about the whispers that have dogged her since their marriage ended officially in late-2023.
No “Third Party” to Blame
For years, speculators have looked for a villain in the story and have posited that a third party intervened. Pori Moni, on the other hand, cleared the air soon.
“This was no third party,” she said emphatically. “And the division also occurred due to differing conceptions.
The actress said the split wasn’t about betrayal as much as it was about how two people operate within a relationship. I was actively trying to keep the marriage afloat, but Razz seemed completely unable to understand the level of support and effort it would take for us to make things work.
Debunking Industry Rumours
And, but ………. Yes, the industry also had a rumour that Pori Moni was an obstacle between Razz and their son, Shaheem Muhammad Rajya.
THE ALLEGATION: Rumours are rife that Pori Moni does not allow Razz to take care of his child.
The Reality: “That is absolutely incorrect,” she explained.
She wanted Razz to gain confidence and take on the role of a dad authentically, without any external pressure. “He needs to know he has a child; he should be able to work that out himself,” she said.

The relationship was marred by “emotional conflict” despite the joy of parenthood. It became sensational after controversial videos of a few actresses leaked from Razz’s Facebook account, and there was also a public fallout related to them; he moved out of their house.
