The renowned musician Sadi Mohammed from Rabindra has died. Shamim Ara Neepa, a close acquaintance of the artist and dancer, confirmed the matter.
Neepa stated that Sadi Mohammad had a condition of trauma following the loss of his mother. His mental state deviated from the norm. He may have been unable to endure the anguish of losing his mother. The event took place on Wednesday. I also had iftar. Sadi Mohammad Rabindra undertook his undergraduate and postgraduate studies in music at Visva Bharati University.
The composer made his initial appearance in 2007 with the album ‘Amake sikpabe Bhorer Shisire’. The artist released the albums ‘Shravan Aakash’ and ‘Sarthak Janam Amar’ in 2009 and 2012, respectively.
In 2012, Channel I bestowed upon him a Lifetime Achievement Award. The Bangla Academy bestowed the Rabindra Award upon him in 2015.
