Bollywood star Kiara Advani has officially joined the cast of the highly anticipated sequel to the action-packed blockbuster “War”. She is set to share the screen with Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR in this eagerly awaited film, which director Ayan Mukerji will helm. Production is scheduled to commence by the end of this year.
A reliable trade source has confirmed the news, stating, “Kiara Advani is a perfect fit for YRF’s Spy Universe and “War 2″. With her current popularity, Aditya Chopra’s choice of casting her in War 2 is a clear indication of her prominence.”
The source further revealed, “Aditya Chopra is leaving no stone unturned to make this film the most stylish and thrilling action entertainer ever witnessed in India. It will be truly exciting to witness Kiara’s presence in this universe and see how Ayan and Aditya present her character in War 2. Kiara Advani made her debut in 2014 with “Fugly”, and has since appeared in notable films like “MS Dhoni: The Untold Story” (2016) and the thrilling “Machine” (2017), directed by Abbas-Mustan. However, her role in the 2018 Netflix anthology “Lust Stories” proved to be a turning point in her career.
