Eid Recipe: Butter Chicken Recipe

What it takes to make

Chicken meat – one and a half kg

Sour Yogurt – Sikki Cup

Tomato puree- one and a half cups

Ginger paste- 1 tbsp

Dry chilli powder- 1 tbsp

Roast coriander-cumin and black pepper powder together – 1 tsp

Butter- 50 grams

Cream- 1 cup

Salt – as required

Soybean Oil – 1/4 Cup.

How to make

Lightly fry the chicken meat, ginger paste, dry chilli powder and salt in a cup of oil. Then cook with sour curd, tomato puree and fried masala. When the masala becomes thick, add milk or cream. Now melt the butter in another bowl and pour it into the chicken bowl. Take it down after a couple of minutes. It can be served with polao, biryani, paratha etc.
