Chicken Mosallam

There are various items of chicken meat on the list of Eid food. Chicken roast or korma is eaten. If you want to make something special, you can cook whole chicken mosallam. It has to be made a little carefully. Or there is a fear of breaking or being raw inside. Let’s know the recipe for making Whole Chicken Mosallam-

What it takes to make:

Chicken weighing one kg – 1

Onion batter- 1 cup

Green chillies – 5

Garlic paste- 2 tbsp

Ginger paste- 3 tbsp

Coriander powder- 2 tsp

Soybean oil or ghee- 1 cup

Ghee- 3 tbsp

Curd – half a cup

Onion Beresta – half a cup

Garam masala powder- 1 tsp

Cashew and poppy seed batter- 3 tbsp

Raisin batter- 2 tbsp

Keora water- 1 teaspoon

Boiled potatoes – 2

Boiled eggs – 2

Cashew nuts and crushed pistachios together – 3 tbsp

Salt – in moderation.

How to make To prepare mosalam poultry, start by thoroughly cleaning the chicken’s interior. Next, fry hard-boiled eggs and potatoes with salt and place them inside the chicken’s stomach. Sew the chicken’s wings, legs, and stomach before faintly frying it. In the same oil, grind all seasonings and add the cooked chicken. Gradually incorporate curd. When ready, grind cashews and pistachios, onion flour, green chilies, and coriander with water. Finally, serve the mosalam poultry whole and elegantly decorated.
