Bangladesh’s World Cup jersey revealed

The Twenty20 World Cup is approaching quickly, with twenty nations participating in the ninth edition. Bangladesh will be the 19th nation to take part. The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) will be representing Bangladesh at the World Cup with their selected team. While most countries had already announced their teams and unveiled their World Cup shirts, there was some mystery surrounding the Bangladesh team’s jersey at the time. The final step in the process was the unveiling of the Bangladeshi team’s shirt.

On May 26th, the new jersey was released on the official BCB website. The jersey features a darker green hue with a faded tiger stripe print covering the entire fabric. The previous red line on the shoulder has been replaced by the tiger skin pattern, and the cuff has a pale yellow section with a gold pattern. The jersey boldly displays the words “Bangladesh” and the sponsor in white, a color that also appears in the World Cup emblem.
