Rahat Fateh Ali Khan lends his voice to Bangladeshi songs

This time, renowned singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan of the subcontinent sang a Bengali song. The song is titled Tumi Amar Prem Piyasa. In it, UK-based Bangladeshi singer Rubaiyat Jahan has provided a duet with him.

The lyrics of the song are written by lyricist Kabir Bakul. The tune and music were arranged by Raja Kashef. The production company Dhrub Music Station confirmed the matter to the media.

It is learned that the song was sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Rubaiyat Jahan at Playback Creative Studio in Dubai.

In this regard, Rubaiyat Jahan said, When I met Rahat Fateh Ali Khan in London, he told me about his love for Bengali songs. He also mentioned his interest in singing Bengali songs.

She further said, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan really liked the vocals, melody and music of the song. And it felt like I got the moon of the sky in my hands. I think this is one of the achievements of my life. I tried to give my best singing in this song. I hope the audience will like it.”
