Recipe:
Coriander leaves – 1 bunch
Besan- 1 cup
Cornflower- 1/2 cup
Ginger paste- 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
Salt – in moderation
Chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder- little
Oil- in quantity
Water – in quantity.
How to make:
Mix gram flour, cornflour, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, and chilli powder together in a bowl. Then mix enough water to make a thick ball. Cut off the base of the coriander leaves and wash them well. Drain the water. Heat oil in a pan. Then take a coriander leaf, dip it into the ball, and leave it in oil. Remove when it turns dark brown. Fry the rest of the coriander leaves in this way. Serve hot after Iftar.
