Tanddoob
Shakib Khan’s Tandoob movie was released in the country’s maximum 132 theaters. Regarding the movie’s income, producer Shahriar Shakil said that according to the first five days’ gross sales, they are more than five crores.
Sabila Noor has teamed up with Shakib Khan for the first time in the film. Also in the cast are Rosie Siddiqui, Dr. Ejaz, F. S. Naeem, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Gazi Raqayet, etc. Afran Nisho and Siam Ahmed have been seen in guest roles.
Utshav
Even before its release, the audience was quite interested in the movie Utsav. The movie started its journey with 9 screenings in multiplexes. However, considering the audience demand, the show is currently being extended.
The producer of this movie, Tanim Noor, said that Utsav earned more than one crore taka in the first 9 days of its release. The movie stars Zahid Hasan, Jaya Ahsan, Api Karim, Chanchal Chowdhury, Afsana Mimi, Tariq Anam Khan, Azad Abul Kalam, Intekhab Dinar, Sunerah Binte Kamal, Sadia Ayman, Soumya Jyoti, etc. The presence of so many stars in one movie is rare in domestic cinema. It is said that there is no case of so many National Film Award-winning actors working in one movie.
Insaaf
Insaaf was second in the hall numbers. Producer Khorshed Alam Khasru is happy with the commercial success of the movie. He said, our movie will do better in the future. Because, if Tandoob is withdrawn from various halls, we will enter as a new one. That is how we are talking to the hall owners. Talking about the income, the total income from the cineplex alone will cross crows.
Mosharraf Karim, Shariful Raj, Tasnia Farin, Misha Sawdagar, etc. are acting in the movie Insaaf produced by Sanjay Samaddar. The movie is produced by Titas Kathachitra and TOT Films.
Neelchakra
After a long time, Arifin Shuvo’s film Neelchakra was released on Eid-ul-Adha. It was expected that the film would do good business. However, the more hopes it raised, the more it fell behind. Even the number of shows decreased. Naturally, the income from films has decreased.
Director Mithu Khan said, our film will be released on a large scale outside the country from July. I hope it will earn a good income from there.
Apart from Arifin Shuvro, Mandira Chakraborty, Priyanti Urbi and others also acted in the film.
Esha Murder
Before the release, there was not much excitement about the movie Esha Murder. However, since its release, the movie has been on the news. Its audience has also increased. Due to which the number of theaters has increased.
The producer of this movie, Sunny Sanwar said, “Our movie is of medium budget. As we are earning, we are also getting good appreciation from the audience. This is our achievement. In the future, our movie will be released outside Dhaka as well. We will be in an advantageous position in terms of income. But it will take some time.
It is known that the movie’s income from multiplexes alone is around 1.6 million. In addition, the movie’s rights have also been sold at a high price. Azmeri Haque Badhan, Pooja Cruz, Faruk Ahmed, Misha Saudagar, among others, have acted here.
Tagar
The audience was quite interested in the movie Tagar. Especially the songs of the movie were highly appreciated. However, the movie could not meet the audience’s demand after its release.
Zahid Hasan, the director of Avi Kathachitra, the movie’s distributor, said, “We don’t want to focus on how much it earned.” Because Tandoob is earning the most on Eid. There are no other movies even close to it. That doesn’t mean that other movies are not good.
It is known that the income of the movie ‘Tagore’ has reached around 1.4 million so far. It was directed by Alok Hasan. Adar Azad and Pooja Cherry are paired in this movie.
