Pakistani Aima to sing in Bangladesh for the first time

Pakistani singer Aima Baig is coming to Bangladesh to perform for the first time. The singer will perform on April 12 at the `One True Sound Grand’ concert, which will be held at the Sena Malancha in Dhaka. Yamaha Music Bangladesh organized the concert.

Yamaha Music Senior Executive Al Shahriar said, “We regularly organise concerts featuring local artistes under the banner of ‘One True Sound’. This time, we are hosting the event on a larger scale. Aima Baig will be joined by some of Bangladesh’s top musicians. Ticket details and further information related to the event will be revealed soon.

Aima Baig made her playback debut in 2016 for the Pakistani film `Lahore Se Aagey’, lending her voice to three songs in the movie. She gained significant recognition for the song `Kalabaaz Dil’, which earned her both the Lux Style Award and the Galaxy Lollywood Award for Best Female Singer. Aima further rose to fame with songs in films like `7 Din Mohabbat In’, `The Donkey King’, `Kaaf Kangana’, and `Baaji’.

The singer has also been a recurring performer on Coke Studio Pakistan, singing in the 2017, 2018, and 2019 seasons. In 2022, Aima collaborated with Atif Aslam on the anthem `Aage Dekh’ for the seventh edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). Last year, She also with Ali Zafar on the popular theme song `Khul Ke Khel’.
