The prominent fashion event ‘Khadi: The Future Fabric’ recently concluded, making it one of the most significant occurrences in the country’s fashion industry. The Fashion Design Council of Bangladesh (FDCB) orchestrated the event, which took place at the Alok Convention Centre in Tejgaon. On this day, Runa Khan captivated the audience by making her debut on the runway, walking alongside the country’s top models in the front row.
Runa Khan, the star of the show, wore clothing with a distinctly contrasting hue. She wears a vibrant blue saree adorned with a fashionable matching jacket. The store showcases a collection of garments from both local and international designers. Azra Mahmood choreographed the fashion show.
Participating in the event, Runa Khan expressed her happiness and pride to the media. Desi fashion is pushed here. I, too, appreciate and adopt Desi fashion. I consciously try to wear garments made from traditional Indian fabrics more frequently. I am grateful to designer Mahin Khan for selecting me as the show stopper, considering his esteemed reputation as an iconic designer. I consistently appreciate his attire. I approached the task with heightened enthusiasm. I enjoyed the fashion display immensely.
The event is devoted to Emdad Haque, a preeminent designer of unparalleled stature.
