Skin care in winter

The colder months bring about a number of changes to the skin. As a consequence of this, conscientious men and women, as well as regular people, need to carve out some time in the midst of their hectic lives to take care of their skin. We are all aware that exfoliation is essential for healthy skin. It removes accumulated debris and dead skin from the skin. However, winter is not the time to brush. It can cause harsher skin. Scrub the skin once each week.

If you want to remove the roughness and dryness of the skin, drink enough water. Also, eat more soups, fruit juices and watery foods.

Don’t forget to use sunscreen before going outside. In addition to the face, apply sunscreen on the exposed parts of the hands and feet.

Increase the use of moisturizer in winter. Always keep moisturizer and Vaseline in your handbag. Do not wet with tongue if lips are chapped or dry. Use lip balm or Vaseline.

The problem of ankle sprains occurs in winter. So the ankle needs extra care. Always wear sandals that cover the ankle while going out. Massage petroleum jelly at night before going to bed.

Bath water should not be too hot. Bathe with warm water. Boiling water can cause the skin to become lifeless.

Do makeup with natural ingredients one or two days a week. It will retain the natural beauty of your skin.

You can apply aloe vera gel on the skin. Try to collect the gel from the leaves. This gel works well to remove the roughness of the skin.

Sour yoghurt, ripe banana, papaya and honey can prevent the skin from becoming rough. Ensure adequate sleep and regular exercise.
